Capturing photos of performances is one thing. To meet bands backstage, get the chance to meet the band privately is completely different. Often they show totally opposite characters, you get the chance to shoot them in their private outfit, totally relaxed after a gig or in hurry for their appearance on stage. The photographer gets the chance to capture the artists on their way to work.
